Empty Nest

My husband told me once that when he was growing up he had always wanted to live in this house. When the house went up for sale we bought it immediately and made it our home. It's an "Empty Nest" now, but our kids are only a phone call, text , or email away. Hi Katie and Ty!

After being away for three days that old saying, "There's no place like home." couldn't be truer. My home is on Main Sreet. My life is lived out on Main Street. There is a lot of history here. There is a lot more to experience here, and I plan to grow old here. Hello "Main Street". I love you!

What's in a name?

Proud of my attempt at this "blog adventure", I decided to see if I could locate this blog through Google. I not only couldn't find it, but there were tons of other blogs with the same or nearly the same name. So Good Bye, "50 Something", Hello....????

Time Goes By
